I am beyond excited to make my National Tour debut with "The Book of Mormon"

The newly revamped "Golden Plates Tour" is set to visit over 50 cities nationwide, including 29 where the show has never played before. I will be one of the Mormon swings covering 7 Mormon tracks.

2022 Write Out Loud! Finalist
Out of 520 songs submitted, my original song "Where Do We Go From Here?" was selected as a finalist in the 2022 Write Out Loud contest.

Founded by Taylor Louderman, the contest serves to empower the next generation of Musical Theatre songwriters. Check out Jake David Smith performing my original song at 54 Below!

The Sound of Music at The Fireside
I will be joining the company of "The Sound of Music" as Rolf Gruber at The Fireside Theater in Fort Atkinson, WI. The show runs March 3 - April 17.

Grease at MTWichita
After almost 18 months of COVID uncertainty, I am grateful to return to the stage as Roger in MTWichita's production of Grease! The production includes a fully-vaccinated cast, crew, and production team with outdoor performances at the Capital Federal Amphitheater in Andover, Kansas.

I am thrilled to announce I have signed with The Price Group Talent Agency after attending a showcase with The Growing Studio in NYC!

Senior Showcase Canceled
Unfortunately, Florida State University's showcase scheduled for May 4, 2020 in NYC was canceled due to COVID-19.
However, with the help of some editing (and lots of time on my hands) I put together a video of our would-be closing number "The Key Is" from Alice By Heart. Check out the FSU MT Class of 2020!

Debut of my original musical "Open the Door" at FSU's Lab Theatre
As a composer/lyricist, I conceived, wrote, and directed the full-length show with a 12 person cast. Following a year in the life of Jackson Riley, the show explores how we navigate dysfunctional families, wavering self-confidence, and toxic friendships. It is currently in further development.

I will be spending my summer at Wagon Wheel Center for the Arts in Warsaw, Indiana. The summer season includes six shows including "Singin' In The Rain" where I will be starring as Cosmo Brown.
